Double Up for Personal Development

The human body – your human body – needs exercise every day.  It needs cardiovascular stimulation to remain healthy.  (Or get healthy.)

The human mind – your human mind – needs positive programming every day, to keep you in the mindset to be productive, stay inspired, and motivated to become a better version of yourself.

I love it when I can “double dip” with both.  Getting on the elliptical machine or treadmill and listening to a positive podcast at the same time is one of my favorite ways to begin a day.
